Muay Thai
Muay Thai is a style of kickboxing developed in Thailand that utilizes precise combinations of punches, kicks, elbow strikes, knee strikes, clinching, and sweeping techniques. Our Muay Thai program refines these intuitive body movements and gives our students the confidence to use Muay Thai for self defense and in combat sports.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
B.J.J. focuses on ground fighting and submission techniques to defeat an opponent. Rather than using striking techniques, B.J.J. utilizes leverage, angles, pressure, and timing to control an opponent and force them to surrender. Techniques include joint locks, chokeholds, and more.

Karate
Shorin-Ryu Karate is a "hard style" of Karate known for its wide variety of powerful, precise techniques trained in a traditional manner. This program is designed to help our students master the fundamental principles and philosophies of martial arts, enabling them to utilize Karate effectively in any application. The three primary focal points practiced in our Karate program are Kihon (Basics), Kata (forms), and Kumite (fighting).
